WEF commercial ... prepping you up? - What if extreme weather froze your bank account?

Is the WEF trying to telegraph something in this commercial? From what I've gathered the clique(Oligarchs, Elites) are obsessed with 2 two things. 1. Climate change(carbon footprint?) and 2. Blockchain Technology System and digitizing currency and assets.
They are critical parts of their "Great Reset." These parts must all be in sync or else there will be no fusion of the physical, biological, and digital.

My Tidbit: You can tell that with the sabotage of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline, Germany and Europe are going to have a bad time this winter and possibly many more. That is if a full-scale Nuclear War has not occurred by spring. - NATO has been aggressively instigating the proxy Ukraine war. The 4 Donbas regions have democratically elected to become part of the Russian Federation - it doesn't matter if ZOG doesn't like it. Putin is doing things lawfully, perhaps the obsolete NATO/(ZOG) could learn a bit. I believe the Bear has been too patient with the U.S. and U.K. The C-19 bullsh!t and the crashing economies have made NATO pivot towards war. You can almost feel it - they want a war so bad. Putin is not a warmonger but he will defend the motherland including the 4 newly ratified Donbas regions. The situation is getting a little too tense.
Why is it that when I think of cyberattacks or major hacking, Israel always comes to mind - could unit 8200 be behind stuff like ransomware? Just thinking out loud.
