This is Abir and it is mainly taught by Yehoshua Sofer, a Hasidic Jew that was trained in Eastern martial arts and the Hebrew Old Testament. He claims this style of martial arts is as old as the days of David. We look at some of the clips and learn a few things about this obscure martial art. For those of you watching, what do you think?
