I discovered very recently that Maximum Action separated from New Blood Interactive over creative differences.
From what I could piece together, Memelord Dave wanted the game to be a John Woo/Max Payne simulator, to the exclusion of how the developer…

An unfortunate side-effect of this is that all of the music Hunter J. Pierce had made for it was taken down from pretty much everywhere, because he works for New Blood. So a good half-dozen songs from the Maximum Action OST are now almost lost music.
