I was hoping to do a One Rep Max Test this week, depending on how I was feeling. I decided to try and go for a 77.5 Kgs Overhead Press PR, but it became clear as I got through my warm-ups that I was definitely fatigued, and was not feeling as strong and explosive as I would, if I was more fresh. Against my better judgement, I decided to go for it anyway, because I felt even if I was tired, I could still hit it, and I VERY nearly did. It was SUPER CLOSE, and during the rep, I really thought I was going to get it; but alas, my fatigue has caught up with me, and I couldn't quite make it. So I have decided that it is the smart thing to deload this week, and hopefully I can come back fresher soon, and CRUSH IT. Deloads are boring though, so don't expect any lifting vids this week. I will try and pump out some other style of vids this week if/when I can. Otherwise, Till Next week! 🤟🏻
