See How I avoided Wrist Surgery by doing these 1 minute exercises just once or twice a day. Also, see links and ideas in this description on how you can help relief your wrists further! Be sure that if you experience pain with these exercises, that you either do them more gently, and/or consult with your physician.
Wrist Exercises for Tendinitis and Carpal Tunnel (CPS) - RSI injury exercises.
As I explain in the video demonstration, I got to a point where I couldn't even use my left hand with a mouse (I'm right-handed). So once my right wrist was exhausted from using a mouse, I taught my left wrist to use a mouse, but even that wrist got Repetitive strain injury. So then I moved to using an IR or infra red tracker device, that allows you to use your head as a pointer, and your feet to right click and left click, like regular mouse buttons. Basically with very large buttons, that you can tap with your feet. And I used Dragon naturally speaking to create emails.
It was then that I started learning online about RSI, and how to avoid getting wrist surgery, as that was now an option that my doctor mentioned. I asked for some physical therapy, and got these exercises, as well as others. I found the exercises which I show in the video to be the best and fastest relief wrist pain brought on by the repetitive injury. Hope this helps you, let me know in the comments!
Additional things you can do to help relief and prevent further repetitive strain injury:
Besides doing these exercises, I recommend you also think about getting a better mouse, one that does not make your hand cramp. For example, I use a trackball mouse that allows you to use your hands more freely. You can see various trackball mice here: http://amzn.to/2df0OjI
Also change your keyboard out from the unnatural default keyboard, to an ergonomic keyboard like these: http://amzn.to/2ckWYFq
Let me know in the comments how it goes for you!
