Can You Grow Store Bought Garlic?

Last year when I started to work on creating an urban garlic farm, I heard an often asked question can you grow store bought garlic. The thing I heard most often was that you can only grow organic garlic because non-organic garlic is treated to not grow. Well I decided to put it tobthe test to see what was true. Here is sone results and also some numbers to show which might be best to try for your budget.
