We have exclusive footage sent to us from William, the man in the old Xu Xiaodong gym-storming video. According to William, the Chinese social media platforms labeled it wrong. He is not a Rich Second Generation (Fuerdai) Chinese person, like the Chinese social media platforms claimed. He is Canadian Chinese and was in China on a visa at that time. He did not know what he was getting into when he sparred Xu Xiaodong in that video. According to William, he was very discouraged from martial arts for a while after that incident, but he eventually started training Muay Thai again and has competed in competitions since.
