National Anthem of the Free City of Danzig (1920-1939) - "Für Danzig"

Für Danzig era el himno nacional de la Ciudad Libre de Danzig. La letra fue hecha por Paul Enderling, mientras que la música fue hecha por Georg Göhler. La canción fue usada entre 1920 y 1939. Luego de que la Ciudad Libre de Danzig fuese anexionada a la Alemania Nazi, este himno cayó en desuso.

"Für Danzig" ("For Danzig") was the official national anthem of the Free City of Danzig (now Gdańsk, Poland) from 1920-1939.† The lyrics were written by Paul Enderling, while the music was by Georg Göhler. After the Nazi invasion of Poland and the concurrent annexation of Danzig by Germany in 1939, Das Lied der Deutschen was adopted as the official anthem, along with the Horst-Wessel-Lied.
