Once you are ready, simply open your heart to allow the incoming flow of Universal Life Force Energy to enter into your being and do it's thing for you.

Reiki always works for our greatest good and highest possible healing ~ as the Universal Life Force is omniscient, it never violates free will and always knows precisely the energetic adjustment that is most beneficial for each being at any given time. It is not bound by the laws of time and space and therefore can be given in person as well as sent from a distance. All that is required is a sincere willingness to receive the healing energy.
