NEW YOUTUBE BLACKLIST - Creator flagged by Youtube to be REMOVED from Network

There's a New Youtube Blacklist affecting creators. So far I have seen confirmation from a creator and a Multi Channel Network that Youtube has started flagging channels to be removed from their Networks.

This means that creators will lose access to tons of benefits and it might actually shut some channels down entirely.
