Frankie Gotz breaks down the Emergency Management Civil & Protection Act and Reopening Ontario Act. A little bit of history of enactments is covered as well as reading through some sections that describe the powers it gives the Ontario government when declaring state of an emergency. Gotz argues that both laws are unconstitutional because they infringed the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and both statutes don't contain notwithstanding clause details described in section 33 of the charter of rights. This video report also contains footage of Gotz conversing with a police officer about both statutes. Video editing a little choppy but video is extremely informative.
