The latest in the Luponic Distortion series from Firestone Walker. Number 16 is a pleasant surprise and a nice solid IPA. Billed as Peach Peardrop and Passion fruit this is another one flavored exclusively thru the hops.
On the nose she is hoppy w a slight citrus/peach aroma thats nice. The initial hit is hoppy w a light peach tang before turning bitter. Medium fast thru the middle, she coats the palate but isn't over powering. Dirty and oily on the finish as you'd expect from an IPA, this is a drinkable beer.
Running 5.9 for the ABV ,50 it the IBU count and they give the SRM as a 5 for its bright crisp clarity .
