London Supports Free Speech Only When It Mocks Trump

London's Mayor said he wouldn't limit free speech if it could hurt feelings yet has a history of calling for limited speech due to hurt feelings.

London has launched a team to track down and arrest people who post mean messages on social media and has been ramping up enforcement for a while now.
