This is my my new "KDE-Dark-LTS" - available to download from Sourceforge. An unashamed re-spin of the excellent KDE 'Neon' offering, but this has a fully upgraded code-base to 18.04.1 - including their own 'neon' archive/repository; this tells me they are nearly their with their own, perhaps..? I feel I have stolen a march on them, and I'm not sure why this is not already done by themselves? BUT, here it is from me..! A video of two halves, showing install, and follow-up.
