Judges in European courts rule against political regulations that limit the people’s freedom

Despite health-based tyranny, there are still some judges and courts that maintain their stance in favour of freedom and human rights. Within this context, Spanish courts have suspended the Health Pass in Galicia, Canary Islands, Cantabria and Andalucía. In France, the courts of Yvelines, Essonne, Versailles and Strasbourg have made the Health Pass inapplicable in shopping centres. At the same time, Portuguese judge Rui Fonseca e Castro is set to file a criminal complaint against the government. All of them are being supported by citizens who are fighting against tyranny to humanity’s benefit.
