In Philippians 2:17 Paul Speaks of Offering His Life up to God as a Living Sacrifice

In Matthew 27:46 my father, my father why has thou forsaken me? For a split second the father allowed Jesus to spill his blood and Jesus alone became the Lamb of God that was before told by John 1:29-36. In 1st Corinthians Paul tells them to become followers Paul 4:16 In Ephesians 5:1 again Paul tell them to become followers of God. Paul again tells them in 1st Corinthians 11:1 to be followers him. According to Philippians 2:17 Paul has this in his heart. He is determined to follow Jesus all the way. In 3:17 Paul once again tells them to follow him. Certain men such as 1st Christians 1:26 were influencing the church in a bad way. They were against the teachings of Paul but Paul was willing to give up everything that he had obtained in life for the excellent knowledge of Christ Jesus. Paul said, that the high calling of of God in Christ Jesus was a great prize. He tells the people in Philippi that they should set their mind to look forward and to work on becoming perfect both mentally and morally. They were to never look back but as Lot's wife did. They were to keep pressing toward the mark for the High Calling of God. Paul counted his entire life as a loss because of his love for Jesus.
In Chapter 2:17 Paul talks about offering his self up as a libation. For those of you who don't understand the word libation. In the Old Testament it would have been a drink offering. Paul is pouring out his life as following Jesus who gave his life for the sin of The World.
