In a scathing dissenting opinion, DC Senior Circuit Court Judge Laurence Silberman called for the special protections the Legacy Media are afforded to libel and slander to be revoked. The fact that he would dare to do this has really pissed off the Legacy Media too. They are actually trying to play the victim in this situation and are claiming it is an assault on defamation law.

In this video we take a look at Politico’s attempt at claiming victim-hood in this situation while openly attacking Judge Silberman for daring to say the Legacy Media should be held to the same legal standards for defamation average people are held to.
