Hi there! My name is Jess B. I am the creator of GPF (GOSPEL PRAISE FITNESS) classes, where we worship God through movement and praise.
Currently, I am offering 3 different styles of classes;
1. GPF ‘CARDIO PARTY’ - 45 min cardio-packed class that includes inspirational scriptures, motivating gospel music, fun praise aerobic routines, strength & toning, freestyle cool down, and closing prayers.
OFFERED SUNDAY 2:30 PM & TUESDAY 6 PM EST
2. GPF ‘STRETCH & GROW’ - relaxing 45 min class that includes themed scripture study, soaking Christian music, flexibility & core strength training, stress management, and prayer.
OFFERED SUNDAY 3:30 PM EST
3. GPF ‘STRENGTH & POWER’ - 45 min sculpting & toning class that includes an optimal mix of strength, low impact cardio, and core training (lunges, core work, squats, pushups and more)
CLASS TIME TBD
*All classes listed in Eastern Time (Toronto/New York)
PAYMENT:
$8 CAD/class when you sign up for a 10 consecutive week session
$9 CAD/class when you sign up for 5 consecutive week session
$10 CAD/class for drop-ins
$50/mth for All Access Class Pass (attend as many classes as you like in the month)
