A man gets stabbed at the door of his apartment in Tokyo. He is found dead inside his apartment later. Inspector Totsugawa and his assistant Kamei take on the investigation. They have hardly begun as an acquaintance of the victim gets murdered in a hotel in Hokkaidou. You take the role of Kamei during the investigation.

The game is played from a first-person perspective. You choose commands from a list. Gameplay revolves around detective work like questioning witnesses, searching crime scenes for clues and evidence, gathering information etc.
