Near Skin Walker Ranch Utah. During the day or night these Bright white orbs appear. Eye piercing light almost hurts your eyes to look at the light. Some of these orbs appear in unpopulated areas no power roads out there. Seem to disappear and reappear in different locations miles away. They come in different colors.
