In 2015 a 153-page confidential agreement with Moderna and the US government was made. (the same time the Frankenstein coronavirus was published). On page 104 it shows NIH and Moderna were collaborating with Dr. Ralph S. Baric. His signature is on page 106 relating to the material transfer agreement. The NHI appears to be transferring the mRNA technology to Dr. Baric.
The line of worthy notice is - "mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates developed and Jointly Owned by the NIAID and MODERNA "

An article in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences suggests that Baric's lab had the capability to create SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that causes Covid-19.
