#25 Commodore 6 Pack Haul Ep 6: Get #3 working - Bad PLA, SID

Getting machine #3 working... when in doubt, burn it down. I worked the SID, PLA, CIA, RAM, 74 series logic (RAM Multiplexer) and found it was a combination of bad PLA and bad SID. This was a long one.
