INGREDIENTS :

200 grams grated white cheddar ( 7.05 oz )
255 grams canned kidney beans ( 8.99 oz )
285 grams sweetcorn ( 10.05 oz )
500 grams mince beef ( 17.63 oz )
240 grams fusilli pasta ( 8.46 oz )
315 grams mild salsa dip ( 11.11 oz )
740 ml beef broth ( 25.02 fl oz )
3 minced garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder ( 0.62 grams )
1/4 teaspoon oregano ( 0.45 grams )
1/4 teaspoon paprika ( 0.57 grams )
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes ( 0.45 grams )
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder ( 0.39 grams )
1/4 teaspoon chili powder ( 0.49 grams )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( 0.57 grams )
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.58 grams )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a large pan / wok on medium heat add 500 grams mince beef
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
.cook for 3 minutes
.add 3 minced garlic cloves, cook for 2 minutes
.add 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon paprika
.add 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon oregano
.1/4 teaspoon chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
.mix well & cook for 1 minute
.add 255 grams canned kidney beans, 285 grams sweetcorn
.add 315 grams mild salsa dip, 740 ml beef broth & mix well
.add 240 grams fusilli pasta & mix well
.cover with lid & cook for 30 minutes ( until pasta soft ) stirring occasionally
.add 100 grams grated white cheddar & mix well
.top with grated white cheddar, serve with sour cream, avocado & black olives
