Dont do it yourself, find a nutritionist, or chiropractor, or anyone qualified to transition you out of allopathy, because the drugs are designed to make you dependent, lower your life expectancy, increase disease, and you can put your body into shock, and possibly cause injury without doing it in a safe matter, thats how well thought out and sinister the pharmaceudical companies are. If a person is addicted to opiates and quits cold turkey, it could kill that person. So if your dependant on the pharma system your going to need an expert to get you off them, just as you need an experts to put you on them. And then once youve transitioned, you become your own doctor for your body, you become more qualified than any doctor.
