People were on edge, the first guy who starts shouting gets pounced on by several police, the organizers tell everyone to keep moving. Not sure what happened next but somebody else got arrested, then at 3mins30, in the background you see the first guy escaping from the police. He made it around the corner then took a beating apparently but two other guys waded in to try and help him out.
