March 22, 2018 - Montana Mountain Man, Ernie Wayne TerTelge, was arrested for contempt of court for trying to defend himself with the constitution and demanding the judge to show jurisdiction. After his arrest he wasn't allowed to be present during the remainder of his jury trial. He was not permitted any counsel to represent him, and witnesses that were present in the courtroom were not allowed to speak or testify on Mr TerTelge's behalf. The judge ended up sentencing him to 15 days for contempt.
