Live Stream: #Blackout2019 RELIVING THE TERROR

A terrifying blackout hit a large portion of Manhattan's West Side including our Hell's kitchen on Saturday evening. Yes, we survived. More than 73,000 ConEd customers were directly affected. Subway service was slowed – if not stopped altogether – in all boroughs at one point and people were trapped in elevators. Yet the people came together with many directing traffic. This is our broadcast when power was finally restored two hours after we were plunged into darkness.
