WOULD YOU BUY A USED CAR OF THIS SERIOSLY BRAIN DAMAGED INDIVIDUAL.
You should ask yourself does he have any Prosecutions and Convictions not only for Child Maintenance and a Criminal Record and if so what for, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH.
You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.

A con man just like Self-Righteous Charlie Ward ia a confidence man, a swindler who works by gaining the confidence of the person they are going to swindle. He has been a popular figure in literature and media for more than a century, and is often portrayed as an anti-hero or at least somewhat charismatic villain.
The term con man was first used in the mid-19th century at the trial of William Thompson. Thompson used a very simple con, where he would literally walk up to strangers and ask them if they had the confidence to lend him their watch. When they did, he would leave with the watch. This seems incredibly straight-forward, and a bit ludicrous, to think about, but in fact many swindlers have used such direct techniques to reap enormous profit.
What Is Slander?
Also known as oral or spoken defamation, slander is the legal term for the act of harming a person’s reputation by telling one or more other people something that is untrue and damaging about that person. Slander can be the basis for a lawsuit and is considered a civil wrong would leave with the watch.
