Was The SARS 2003 Pandemic a False Flag Event? (2021)

While Frankie Gotz is researching material for his documentary he comes across information that makes him theorize that the SARS 2003 pandemic in Ontario was a staged event. He believes this by stating that the SARS outbreak only lasted 6 months and there hasn't been any cases of SARS since June of 2003, he calls that suspicious. Gotz also points out familiar words being used during the 2003 pandemic such as probable cases. Gotz theorizes it was a false flag event to amend the Emergency Management Act to include diseases as a reason the government can declare states of emergency in Ontario. In 2006 the Emergency Management Act became the Emergency Management Civil & Protection Act which now includes diseases as a reason to declare state of emergency.
