This video is about 23 minutes long, but trust me when I tell you, if you're looking for the peanut butter pie I'm proud to put my name on, this is it. You'll want to make this a day ahead to allow time for the filling to stiffen in the fridge provided you can stay out of it that long. Best of all, there's no baking involved!
