In my opinion, Biden is a useless dummy, let's get that out of the way right now. That said, I don't see him as some racist like some are trying to portray him as, he's just a sad old man who doesn't have a clue half of the time. That said, at least we heard what he really thinks, I felt like he was trying to play it cool given the setting he was in....and.....well, you know the rest!
