Democrats Introduce Gun Confiscation Legislation
Before the legislative session started Alpha News reported on the Democrat plan to push a liberal agenda called “Minnesota Values Plan” which included planned legislation to restrict gun rights.
With just a few days into the legislative session, Democrats introduced 10 new pieces of legislation which include two pieces reducing gun rights.
House File 9 includes language that allows a citizen to ask the court to prohibit people from possessing any firearms. The person does not need to charged with a crime nor is he guaranteed due process before his gun rights are suspended.
