Als Agrarwissenschaftlerin ist sie nicht vom Fach, geht als Bürger Brasiliens aber mit offenen Augen durchs Land: Am 30.09.2020 war die Deutsch-Brasilianerin Keli Racho Matter, 41, aus Rio Grande do Sul zu Gast im Deutschen Bundestag. Sie bestätigt, dass es in der Heimat keinen Notstand gebe .. und kennt selbst niemanden mit Corona-Problemen. Die Wirtschaft brumme, weil der Präsident sich gegen den tiefen Staat, die chinesisch kontrollierten Medien und die NGOs in vielen, jedoch nicht allen Punkten durchgesetzt habe. Eine teilweise Masken-Pflicht bestehe - aber niemand kontrolliere sie. Und die Zwangsimpfung sei vom Tisch - falls es nicht noch zum Putsch gegen Bolsonaro komme.
