To set Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (https://t.co/Ag5YIxvC1Y) to its true lowest graphics setting, you must open and edit the file called GameUserSettings.ini and it's located in this folder.

Inside the .ini file, scroll way down, look for [ScalabilityGroups], change all the ones into zeros and save the file. This will set the graphics of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order to it's true lowest graphics setting.
