Sheep, Elk, Ants have been walking around in circles following each other for weeks why?

Sheep have been walking around in circles for weeks now in China. Many chalked it off as listeriosis disease but listeriosis usually causes death within two days, so it does not explain how they have been doing this for so long. This strange phenomenon is now being reported in other countries as well. Could it be the Hadron Collider causing this? It cannot be 5G towers because these incident occurrences are happening in rural areas that do not have 5G cell towers. This is NOT normal animal behavior.
