"Central Issuance" License Explained -PROCLAMATION License To Be Killed Justinian Deception REAL ID

Justinian Deception Aussie Legend - When My State came up with Central Issuance for drivers "licenses" it seemed fishy. You no longer get your "license" in person. They say you SHOULD get it in the mail in 10 days. SHOULD? If you don't good luck stupid. They perform background checks on you and share all your data ripe for theft via "3rd party partners" to invade your right to be safe in your person place and things. When your "government" becomes governance via private stakeholder involvement you are living under fascism snuck in and it always sounds reasonable. They count on people being ignorant and pretend they have your consent. What happens when your fascist privately partnered governance doing with the Cental Issuance ID? It's getting you ready and prepped for your Real ID .I did recieve my "license" in the mail. But I have not opened the envelope. It's a sticky wicket. I got stopped by police and told them I have a license in this envelope. I have not opened it as I do not agree with central issuance. Amazingly the police accepted my expired license and wrote me a warning ticket for a tail light. Technically I have a "license" but by not opening the envelope I did not agree to the contract. I wanted to see how that would play in court. I just got a warning ticket though. Regardless I highly reccomend any and all Justinian Decepttion's videos. He is an Aussie Legend and has eyes to see.
