Looting Equals Reparations

This is the moronic Ariel Atkins of Black Lives Matter, Chicago, justifying widespread looting in the city as reparations for slavery. The looting was condemned by Jesse Jackson; Atkins told him to keep his nose out of it. How bad does any organisation have to be to make Jesse Jackson look good?
