Los Angeles, California: Black Lives Matter protests and riots across America in the name of Breonna Taylor - and the BLM modus operandi is blocking traffic while harassing and threatening random drivers and citizens. Blocking traffic endanger themselves, since their behavior scares drivers in to making dangerous decisions. This driver hits a demonstrator - most likely not on purpose.

The rioters try to open the door to the truck - which may have been seen as a threat by driver, who immediately speeds off.
