How to Make Chuck's Real Deal Jalapeno Jelly!

**** It was brought to my attention that at the beginning of the video my measurement for sugar and sucralose is 3 1/2 cups of each but the link to the printed recipe says 4 1/2 cups of each, 4 1/2 cups is the correct measurement for both the sugar and sucralose (Splenda).

Would you like to add a little spice to your life? Trust me, "Chuck's Real Deal Jalapeno Jelly" is sure to liven things up. I ran out of my last batch eating it on the homemade bread from the previous video. They were so great together. If you're a "hot head" like me and like spicy foods you'll want to give this a try, that combination of sweet and heat is something I love. I did reduce the sugar in this recipe by mixing the sugar 50/50 with sucralose (Splenda) and using Ball low or no sugar pectin.
