Condemnation of Government's Handling of COVID-19 Pandemic and Call for Accountability.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Date: 29th May, 2023
Title: Condemnation of Government's Handling of COVID-19 Pandemic and Call for Accountability.
Caroni, Trinidad and Tobago - The First Wave Movement, is a prominent organization advocating for, civil liberties, and proper medical care, strongly condemn the government's mishandling of the COVID-19 pandemic in Trinidad and Tobago. We express our deep concern over the numerous breaches, complaints, injuries, and tragic deaths that have occurred, including the heartbreaking case of Alisha Seebaran.
The January, 2022, revelations brought forward by the National Trade Union Centre (NATUC) regarding adverse effects suffered by individuals who received the experimental COVID-19 mRNA gene therapy injections are deeply distressing. The cases of Fareesha Ballantine, Alisha Sebaran, and Kayle Paul highlight the urgent need for a thorough investigation into the experimental COVID-19 mRNA gene therapy injection's safety and the government's response to adverse events.
Fareesha Ballantine's harrowing experience, including inflammation, breathing difficulties, and excruciating pain after receiving the experimental COVID-19 mRNA gene therapy injection, is a clear indication of the potential risks associated with injections. It is unacceptable that she and her family were met with indifference and lack of assistance from the public health care system. The failure to report by medical personnel, Fareesha's condition as an adverse event further highlights the negligence and disregard for patient safety.
Alisha Sebaran's case is equally distressing. Her paralysis and subsequent suffering for over 19 months after receiving the experimental COVID-19 mRNA gene therapy injection illustrates the dire consequences of these experimental COVID-19 mRNA gene therapy injection injuries. Despite her pleas for help and support, the Ministry of Health, the National Insurance Board (NIB), and social services have failed to provide the necessary assistance. Alisha's tragic decision to end her life underscores the urgent need for accountability and justice for those responsible for her plight.
The First Wave Movement, and concerned citizens have repeatedly voiced their concerns and shared compelling evidence regarding these experimental COVID-19 mRNA gene therapy injection's adverse effects and related deaths. Multiple letters, directives, and discourses were sent to government institutions, stakeholders, and the Ministry of Health, urging a cautious approach and emphasizing the importance of voluntary informed consent.
Regrettably, these warnings have gone unheeded. The government has failed to address the mounting evidence and concerns surrounding the experimental COVID-19 mRNA gene therapy injections's safety. The Minister of Health, the Honourable Terrance Deyalsingh, and his team have shown a shocking disregard for citizen welfare and constitutional rights...
