Why 80 Percent?

A video on why I think the racial gaps are 80 percent heritable in particular as opposed to some other number. This is not the basic "heredetarian case" which is mostly just shooting down objections and arguing that evolution applies to humans, but why 80% (in the United States today) seems to be the most likely number.
