Tropical Cyclones to Impact western Gulf Coast and Hawaii this Weekend - Tropical Depression Hanna over the Gulf Of Mexico could impact portions of Texas while Major Hurricane Douglas over the eastern Pacific is expected to move near or over portions of the Hawaiian Islands this weekend.
