One thing to add is that the narcissist type absolutely loves getting people righteously riled up and feeding on the chaos, dysfunction, and tragedy covertly orchestrated by their calculated scheming. They thoroughly enjoy what they do, and that's why they do it. They pay generously men like the one in this video knowing he will do whatever they say for his fat salary, and they love the power and control they wield over these obedient puppets.
