Dr. Marcel Polte hat in 2019 Band I seines Werks „Dunkle Neue Weltordnung“ als E-Book veröffentlicht. Dieses beschäftigt sich schwerpunktmäßig mit MK Ultra, einem 1953 begonnenen Mind Control Forschungsprojekt in den USA mit 149 Teilprojekten, welches von der CIA in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Militär und zahlreichen weiteren Institutionen, darunter Forschungseinrichtungen und Krankenhäusern, durchgeführt wurde.

Das Buch gibt einen Überblick über MK Ultra mit zahlreichen Quellenangaben dazu. Der Autor hat freigegebene Geheimdienstprotokolle, Ermittlungsakten, Protokolle von Gerichtsverhandlungen, Senatsanhörungen, eines Untersuchungsausschusses sowie Aussagen von Überlebenden und Therapeuten ausgewertet.
