Can you live without fossil fuels?

From living longer, reducing poverty and improving our quality of life, the advancement of the human condition has coincided with our willingness to harness the benefits of abundant, reliable and affordable energy resources.
Going "electric car" DOES NOT mean "CLEAN", you still need the factories to build them, you still need fossil fuels to make the car, you still need mining to get the fuels, you need mining equipment to harvest them. It ALL takes fossil fuels. You still need to put energy IN the electric car, even if you go BIO-fuel, the amount of farming to fuel the world would be astronomical, and you need farming equipment to do this, and distilling factories, and this ALL takes mining fossil fuels.
Everything you wear and use today requires fossil fuels either for the making of the material, the building it came from, or equipment used etc.
YOU CANNOT NOT LIVE A MODERN LIFE WITHOUT FOSSIL FUELS AND MINING!
