Don't do this in your Kitchen!! Bad ideas you should stay away from in your Kitchen Remodel!!

Joining strips on the counter top (dowel it instead)
Corner Beads
Keeping Appliances that are in good condition

and most importantly re-using the cabinet boxes and re-doing the faces to save money ;-)
