A viewer sent me a Chinese Shaolin--descended form of Kung Fu that reminded me of Japanese Jujutsu. I wanted to examine this very interesting Chinese grappling. This is not Qinna or something that is lock or throw based. It is ground-based with strikes. I read a little bit of history behind this. Leave a comment below.
