I think I had about 1-2 hours of actual sleep last night. So naturally, the weight felt heavier than usual. I just got myself some ammonia recently, so I figured I would give it a try today; since I was sleep deprived. I was a bit underwhelmed by it to be honest, hahaha. I was expecting a bigger kick from it, but did not get much out of it, in the moment. Perhaps I did not use it quite right, and/or the brand I got is just not that potent, haha. I don't want to use it too often, and get overly reliant on it. Only if I am doing a high effort set/PR or 1RM attempt, and in combination with low energy. Despite being at a disadvantage, I still managed to hit a rep PR! I was a bit off balance for the first couple reps, due to the bar being a bit unevenly positioned, and my imbalanced, scoliosis ass. I sincerely thought I got seven reps, which was why I was so hyped at the end, but upon reviewing the footage, I realized I got six. Perhaps the ammonia affected me more than I thought it did after all, hahaha.
