Keto (and Carnivore) Salmon Patties:
~Serves 4~
1 can wild-caught salmon with bones and skin
2 eggs (ideally pasture-raised)
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
~1/4 cup grass-fed beef tallow
Instructions: Mix salmon, eggs, and parm. together in a bowl. Melt tallow in skillet. Form smallish patties with salmon mixture. Fry over medium heat until crispy. Enjoy with a dollop of full fat sour cream!
Approximate macros per serving:
Fat: 28 g (70% calories)-add full fat sour cream of homemade mayo to boost.
Protein: 27g (30% calories)
Carbs: 0.5g (negligible %)
