It's time for a boss fight. We encounter what our military comrades were fighting and killed by. The Pit Worm is probably the most intimidating creature we've seen yet. We have to destroy it in a manner similar to how we killed the Tentacle back in Half-Life 1. By activating machinery labeled by the biggest company name drop in video game history, we defeat the Pit Worm by flooding the area with toxic waste. Make sure you shoot it's eye so you can pass by safely.
